How long 54 power stations run a fridge
A typical modern full size refrigerator runs from 4.5 h to 8.0 days on the 54 portable power stations in the Enough Watts data, a spread of 43 times. The median is 32.1 h. 49 of the 54 can start its compressor, 30 keep it running for 24 hours or more, and 5 cannot start it at all.

How the runtimes spread
Battery size sets the hours once a station can start the compressor. The shortest runtime belongs to the EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus (286 Wh), the longest to the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra X (12,288 Wh). The smallest station that lasts a full day is the Jackery Explorer 1500 v2 (1,536 Wh), with 24.1 h.
Price per watt hour of rated capacity spreads 3.2 times, from $0.36 to $1.18, with a median of $0.73 across the 54 stations with a stored price (October 2026; 36 list prices, 18 prices shown on the maker's page). Sale prices change often and are not stored.
Method
How we worked it out
The methodology states every formula, and the refrigerator page shows the same runtimes next to the watts field, where you can enter the figure from your own label.
An older refrigerator
An older full size refrigerator uses 1.78 kWh a day in the data against 1.3 kWh for a modern one. Across the same stations the median falls to 23.5 h, 27% less, and 18 of the 54 still last 24 hours.
The 5 that cannot start it
The compressor needs about 1,000 W for a moment at each start. These stations fall short of that, whatever their battery holds:
- BLUETTI Elite 10 Mini: Needs 275 W running at once; this station gives 200 W. Needs 1,000 W to start; this station peaks at 300 W.
- Jackery Explorer 240 v2: Needs 1,000 W to start; this station peaks at 600 W.
- BLUETTI Elite 30 V2: Needs 1,000 W to start. Its surge rating is not published, and its 600 W continuous rating is lower.
- Jackery Explorer 300 v2: Needs 1,000 W to start; this station peaks at 600 W.
- Goal Zero Yeti 300: Needs 1,000 W to start; this station peaks at 600 W.

Using these figures
Quote the numbers with a link to this page, as Enough Watts, “How long 54 power stations run a fridge”, https://enoughwatts.com/data/fridge-runtime. The figures follow the data set, so they move when a maker changes a specification; the date at the top says when this page last changed. Questions go to info@enoughwatts.com.
